Top 10 || Destinations

I know it is Saturday but I didn't get home until like 12 in the morning so you are getting it now haha. I know it used to be called 10 Favs but I like Top 10 better, that is why the other one has been edited ;)

So this installment is my Top 10 Destinations, I have been to and want to go to. Again in no particular order or is it?

***

1. England-I have a massive fascination and obsession with anything English and especially London. It may have started with One Direction but it has been there deep down and now it has emerged. I would so love to travel there see the scenery. I really want to go to London and maybe even Brighton, it may be because some YouTubers live there. As well as I wouldn't mind living there for a bit to see how different life is here then over there.

2. LA & Hawaii-Luckily I am going next year with Shaylene which I am so excited about. I’ve always wanted to go to LA because of Hollywood and Disneyland, duh. With Hawaii we are heading there on the way back from LA to Melbourne so I may as well put it here with LA. But I cannot wait to eat ALL the food and maybe even spot some celebs.

3. Gold Coast-I have been to pretty much everywhere in Australia a part from Queensland and Canberra but seriously who wants to go to Canberra unless you like politics. But literally everyone has been to the Gold Coast when they were younger or recently and I have not. I really want to go for the theme parks mainly; I think that’s what everyone goes there for. But come on I NEED TO GO THERE.

4. Dubai-Watching some of my favourite YouTubers’ vlogs and seeing how gorgeous it was, I wouldn’t mind going there. It looks so expensive but so pretty. Maybe for a honeymoon, future husband this is an idea.

5. New Zealand-I went to Christchurch when I was 10 for a wedding as I was the flower girl, and I really wouldn’t mind going back and seeing Christchurch and how much it has change since the earthquake. Also I really want to go to Hobbiton, well the place they filmed Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, and just pretend to be a Hobbit. My fangirl dreams would come to life then.

6. Osaka-Since being to Japan, my all-time favourite place we went to was Osaka. I wouldn’t mind going back, maybe going to a better hotel, and again travelling around Osaka and going to Universal Studios again. Fun times.

7. Paris- Now every girl wants to go there, as it is so romantic but for me I wouldn’t mind going there but only for a couple of days or something just to see the main landmarks. But again romantic, future husband.

8. New York-Just Time Square, the lights, the screens and people. As well as Madison Square Gardens and everything.

9. Bali-I went there with Shaylene and it was pretty relaxing a part from getting Bali belly. I wouldn’t mind going back a little bit older, so I can drink ;), stay at the same hotel and pretty much just go to Waterbomb park and relax. It would be a good R&R after coming back from, for example, New York where you are busy and stuff.

10. Last of all staying in Melbourne. I do love Melbourne a lot. To be honest, I don’t think I could live anywhere else, maybe England, but Melbourne is pretty rad. I think I would move closer into Melbourne either the heart of Melbourne or the outskirts. Melbourne is pretty great even though Sydney is like the idol child of Australia. Melbourne has great coffee even though I don’t drink it, shopping, sports especially AFL, food, and people. I always love going to Melbourne especially getting older, and exploring it, and even know my way around the main areas.

So there is my Top 10, I only put the pictures for the first 3 as I didn't want to bomb bard you with pictures.  Again if you have any suggestions please leave a comment. Also comment your top 3 places you want to go to.

Top 10 || Actor/Actresses

Well I have had this idea for a while but Shaylene bet me on uploading which you can see her first one HERE. But yes as you can see from the title ’Top 10’, this is going to be a series that I will have until I run out of things to write about. It will be uploaded every Friday (hopefully). Please remember these are my own opinion but I still would love to hear yours though.

Let’s get started with the first one

***

The first installment of Top 10 and we are starting with Actors and Actresses.
(In no particular order)

1. Tom Hiddleston- Oh that sexy beast of a Loki. Those piercing blue eyes, that accent being British and being Loki. Who wouldn't love him, he is a sex god.
Just look at him *dead*
2. Anne Hathaway- She is amazing from Princess Diaries to Les Mis. She is just wonderful.
She is so gorgeous
3. Johnny Depp-Oh my first love/crush. My friends and I were obsessed with him in year 9. 10 and a bit of year 11. But don't get me wrong I still love him but not as much as I did back then, now it is all Tom Hiddleston ;). Though Johnny Depp is an amazing actor and such a babe and will ALWAYS be a babe, even though he is turning 51.
young Johnny=SEX
4. Jennifer Lawrence-She should be on everyone's list, she is amazing and so down to earth in the interviews I have seen of her. She is literally a fangirl in the famous world. And plus she is gorgeous.
I want to be her
5. Heath Ledger- Even though he is not here today, he will always be in this list. Especially for his role in the Dark Knight. And 10 Things I Hate About You, classic
That smile :)
6. Scarlett Johansson- Oh another person who is perfect. She is amazing in We Bought a Zoo and Avengers as Black Window. Hell yeah girls kicking butt.
Can I be you as well
7. Chris Hemsworth-Oh Thor baby. From Home and Away to big star. He has grown up so much.
Nawwz
8. Helena Bonham Carter- Her and Johnny Depp together make every Tim Burton movie better. She is amazing at being that crazy lady, except in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory where she is normal but still crazy.
Still amazing
9. Joseph Gordon-Levitt-If only Heath Ledger was alive so it was 10 Things I Hate About You in The Dark Knight Rises. But again amazing actor and so funny and cute.
Ermagerdd
10. Julie Andrews-The Queen of acting. From Mary Poppins to Princess Diaries, she does not upset. Just she is the most amazing person on Earth.
The Queen (of acting)
***
So there is the list, there is plenty more so I may do a part 2 of this.
Hope you like this series and please comment your top Top 10 actor/actress, I would love to hear them.

'What If?'

That goes through my head every time I think or speak. ‘What if it is wrong?’ ‘What if I am not funny?’ ‘What if I say the wrong thing?’ ‘What if I am annoying him/her?’ ‘What if he doesn’t like me and he is being nice?’ All these ‘What if?’ question run through my mind and I start to doubt myself on everything. I also ask people if I am annoying them on Facebook but the answer is always no.

I always self-doubt myself with anything I say or I do. Being in year 12 this year, a lot of things are travelling through my mind. It being the last year of high school, what am I going to do in the future? Marriage? Kids? Money? Home? All these things, and I am only 17. I worry about everything, if people like me, my appearance, stuff like that.

You start to mature throughout high school mostly in year 10 where you start to do VCE classes, though for me, I have matured throughout my life with being an only child and it being just mum and I.

Though ‘What If?’ still pops up when I don’t need it. One night I was talking to Shaylene over Facebook and literally ranting on why I hate being single. She is the one person who I know can be there for me and vice versa though the question, ‘what if I end up alone?’ popped up in my head. I started to get scared but I remembered, I am only 17 and I have decades ahead of me to worry about all that crap.

Sometimes you just have to go through these stages, I haven’t completely overcome this part of a teenage life crisis not a midlife crisis and teenage one, but all you can do is talk to someone who you can trust and be there for you. And literally RANT AT THEM, and in return they can rant at you. That’s what I think true friendship is about is RANTING.

In conclusion, you will have these thoughts but they are easily overcome with the support of friends and family and just believing in yourself to overcome it. Sometimes it will get you down but you are only young and have many, many years ahead of you.

***

So that happen, I am at school and have nothing do in my spare so I thought, blog time :) it’s very different and I hope you don’t mind. If you literally need someone to talk to, I am always here, if you want message me on Tumblr and I am happy to talk to you there.
If you like that kind of post, leave suggestions on what other things you want me to talk about :)

Labour Day Weekend

Last weekend, being Labour Day weekend here in Melbourne, meaning LONG WEEKEND, I had a very fun one.
It all started off with Saturday, like any other weekend. Mum and I went off bed shopping. It is one of my birthday presents that I got a double bed. I also got Thor: The Dark World, happy Kadek.

Sunday arrived and so did my bed. We moved my old bed into the other bedroom. Shaylene also arrived over. We didn't get to spend much time together at my party so I didn't have anything so she came over. So mostly mum and her you know put my bed together I did help a bit but mostly watched.
It was finally done and Shaylene and I could finally hang out and chat.

Shaylene and I are literally Louise and Zoe (Sprinleofglitter and Zoella), we don't get to see each other that much but when we are together it is like we were never apart. I feel like we have gotten closer as we got older and can't wait till we go to the US next year WOOO! as well as Katy Perry at the end of the year.

We blogged, watched The Umbilical Brothers and Pretty Little Liars.
Shaylene sent me this as we watched The Umbilical Brothers, and it is true.

It was now Monday, no school and we were off to the city to the aquarium. I hadn't been there for ages and when we got there, there was a huge line. Everyone thought of the same idea.
Now here comes the photos:

JESUS PENGUIN

SELFIE WITH THE PENGUINS

We then went and had lunch at Southgate where we had Grill'd, best burgers and chips EVER! It was absolutely crowded so Shaylene I ate on the floor, got some weird looks but there was no chairs free. Oh did I mention it was Moomba was on as well, that is why there was so many people.

Off we went to Starbucks, I had my usual, yummy, Shaylene took a tiny sip and made a hilarious face. We then went to Melbourne Central where we got a Harajuku Crepes, and OMG THE BEST, even though I kept dribbling mine, but it was delicious.

It was then home time, but I did have a fun day with Shaylene and mum.

I really hope Shaylene and I can do this kind of stuff like once a month or evey second month as we don' really go to the same school or spend much time together. Even though we talk a lot on Facebook, spending the day with each other is better. When Shaylene gets her 'P's' we could even go on roadtrips, no pressure Shaylene. Anyway hopefully I can blog more of our adventures in the future with more photos, and selfies.

Japan Trip 2013 Part 3

Disclaimer: I am not bragging at all, this was a once in a lifetime opportunity and as I was in year 11 at the time, I had no other chance to go on an experience like this. This will be split into parts so they aren't as long so I hope you don't mind and hopefully I give you ideas on where to go in Japan if you are planning to go one day. Also some photos are taken on my iPod and some on my camera which is a Canon 600D SLR as well as other people from the trip's. Enjoy :)

This is Part 3, if you want to read Part 1 or Part 2 click on them and you will be flown there ;)

Sorry this is a bit delayed been very busy.
Now let's continue with when I spent the whole day with my host family.

Day 8:
Started to day off with breakfast, the usual and then it was time for the day with the host family. I also forgot to put in the last post but also did scrapbooking that night and listened to One Direction and Backstreet Boys, good ol' Backstreet Boys. Before we left we took some photos in front of the house.
Tahira and myself

The girls
We then headed off in the car for about a half hour drive or something like that to Togendai where there was a chair lift to go on the Hakone Ropeway to look at the natural hot springs and Mt Fuji.
The whole family

On the cable cart
There were such amazing photos of the view but I kept getting my reflection in the window. We finally got to the last stop on the cable cart.

We then climbed a lot of stairs, I kinda wished I wore shorts that day. I just notice I am wearing the shirt I am wearing right now haha, anyway, we then tried these black eggs which taste like normal eggs but apparently they extend your life span 7 years. I don't know if it is true but oh well. We then took some amazing photos of the view of Mt Fuji. I still couldn't believe I was there in Japan.

We drove a bit closer to another point a bit nearer to Mt Fuji and a view of Susono.
OMG MT FUJI

Totally the tourist there

Susono and Mt Fuji
It was such a gorgeous view of Mt Fuji and the whole of Susono. Such a tourist taking photos.
We then went off to the shopping mall, which was all outside but had mostly the same shops we have. I didn't buy anything though but it was nice to see what they had. We had lunch which was ramen and it was delicious.

It was also a very humid, and hot day so I was so glad to go back to the house in the end. We were planning to go to another person's house for dinner where two of my friends were staying but that didn't happen. We instead went to a sushi train place. When we got there it was packed, we had to wait until a table was free. Finally one was free and we went and sat down. There was a screen showing what you order which was very nice. We got cheesy fries which OMG best thing I have ever eaten ever. Why don't we have them in Australia. Anyway, so much food later from sushi, salmon, tuna, octopus, etc. And then ended it with ice cream, such a fatty here.

We then returned home where I had a shower and then went downstairs where they gave me presents. They gave me these hair holders, which were so pretty and then the scrapbooking stuff they made. With photos that they took and memories from that day. It was so nice, I couldn't believe it was my last night, I was going to miss them even though I got homesick.

Day 9
Up pretty early, luckily packed last night, it was good to have the presents out of my suitcase but it was still broken and pretty heavy. We had to go to Bunka Centre for an International Festival. We were the first ones there so we waited until some other people started to turn up.

We then had to go rehearse Possum Magic again as we were going to perform it at the festival. It was good to see everyone, with like not seeing them for a day. I then heard the good news from my teacher about the footy. HAWTHORN FREAKING WON AGAINST GEELONG, as I said we haven't won against them since 2008 and we beat them by 5 points and we were into the Grand Final.

Anyway onto the day. We saw Sam with a $5 shirt on, but he was still good looking. We then saw them reveal a sign by Frankston and then we had to perform. It was alright and then we got time to look around.

After a bit it was time to say goodbye.

I am gonna miss them
We then hopped on the bus where literally everyone was crying.
Many tears apart from John who just smiles and waves
We then were off to catch the shinkansen and to Osaka.
We arrived and went straight to the hotel where we got our rooms and they were pretty decent. We then went off to Namba where we did karoke.
The group
It took us about 10 minutes to figure how to use it but luckily we got there in the end. I didn't sing, I was the photographer for that night, We then went off to get food, we had to meet at this huge crab when we had to meet.

Well I had Starbucks and you guessed I had Green Tea Frap. I so missed it.
The best
We also had McDonalds for dinner. It was then time to head back to the hotel and go to bed as we were going to another school, our Skype school for the day the next day.

Well that is the end of Part 3, Part 4 will hopefully up next month.
I hope you are all well

Monthly Favourites || February

It has come to once again that time of the month where I share the things that I have been loving.
February was a pretty exciting month for me as well it was my BIRTHDAY MONTH!

So let's get started:

FAVOURITE SONGS

Well it is more a band this month, probably next month you will see them again. But anyway it is Arctic Monkeys. OMG where have they been in my life before. I got their latest album, AM for my birthday and gosh I love it so much. Alex Turner what a complete hot babe with that greaser hair.
My favourite song by them which is on the album is R U Mine? It is just so catchy and Alex Turner's voice is just so sexy.

FAVOURITE MOMENTS

Again I do not have one, I have a couple.
1. Was seeing Grease the musical. If you live in Melbourne, GO AND SEE IT!! Rob Mills who I have been a fan of since he was on Australian Idol, was amazing. It is funny, amazing and brilliant. The whole cast was amazing and very energized.
2. Was my birthday which I became a Dancing Queen, yes I turned 17. As a tradition myself and mum go out for dinner which was so nice and delicious.

FAVOURITE QUOTE

FAVOURITE BOOK

I finally finished The Fault in our Stars and OMG, amazing. I love this book and it is definitely my favourite book so far. The characters and the storyline is so real. It is so different from what I read with fantasy, it just felt so real and yes I did cry who wouldn't.

FAVOURITE TV SHOW

I may have started got two. Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Pretty Little Liars.
With Buffy, I watched all of season 1 and I love the show, I have the first three seasons on DVD, but it is so old school which I love about it but I have not gone onto the second season because of Shaylene.
As she got me started on to Pretty Little Liars which I am loving. I am already onto the second season, it is so mysterious and keeps you hanging. And Toby just OMG Toby.

FAVOURITE YOUTUBE VIDEOS

Well let's start with YouTubers.
Firstly ThatcherJoe and his impressions which are amazing. And these two videos are amazing of his, HERE & HERE.
Secondly is SprinkleofGlitter's vlog channel where Louise's husband vloged. It was really awesome to see her other side of her life and more of him in her videos. HERE
Thirdly is AmazingPhil's video with Kylie Minogue. HERE. It was awesome seeing Aussie slang and seeing what I knew and what we actually use and stereotype words, also it was amazing.

Now to just some YouTube:
Starting with the one and only Tom Hiddleston, my baby. HERE. He totally deserved this award and this video was just too cute to not put in my favourites.
Next is an older video of Jimmy Kimmel with Stephen Merchant and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, lip syncing. HERE. I forgot about this video and I found it in my favourites on YouTube and had to put it in this, seriously watch coz it is amazing and hilarious.
Finally is Billy Boyd's band Beecake covering Wrecking Ball. HERE Now Billy in general is precious and has the most beautiful voice and this cover is so precious. The video is so funny near the end and you have to watch it.

***
And there you go, there is February. I hoped you like that, there was a lot in such a short month. Hopefully I can bring in beauty and fashion related stuff this month and hopefully get the favourites out at the end of each month instead of the start of the next month.

Hope you are having a good day/night.
